REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TELKOM UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
I. Registration schedule for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2020/2021:
A. Tuition Fee Payment

Payment period: 11 January 2021 – 05 February 2021. The Payment Period for students having the outside normal study period will be regulated separately as stated in point II. C

Tuition fee payment is made through Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BJB.

B. Academic Counseling and Course Input
- Academic counseling and course input: 1 – 5 February 2021
- The early schedule for accessing course input is as follows:

- The deadline of Student Course Card printing: 5 February 2021
C. Change of Study Plan : 22 until 25 February 2021
D. Course Start Date : 15 February 2021
E. The Deadline for Academic Leave Application : 25 February 2021
All students are required to comply with the registration requirements, as well as conducting the registration process until printing the Student Course Card in the form of a print-out (pdf). Registration exceeding the stipulated schedule (point B.1 or B.2) will be subjected to consequences according to the applicable regulations. Students who do not conduct or do not complete the registration until the end of the PRS period are considered absent and subjected to absence fine in accordance with the applicable regulations.
II. REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
- General Requirements for Registration
- Registration is a process series of tuition fees payment, course input, academic counseling until printing Student Course Cards (KSM).
- Students are required to ensure the completion of registration process until the printing of KSM as a registration evidence.
- Late registration exceeding the Change of Study Plan period will result in the student status as a non-active student and the student will be subjected to absence fine and fees in accordance with Telkom University Academic Guidelines.
- Students who pass the Thesis Defense/Judicium until the Change of Study Plan period (February 25, 2021) are exempted from the obligation to register for the even semester of academic year 2020/2021.
- The Information on the Category of Normal Study Period and Outside the Normal Study Period by Class and Education Level is as follow:

- Special Requirements for Students in Normal Study Period Registration

Tuition fee payment via banks is made prior to course input.

After the academic supervisor approves the student study plan, the students are required to print the Student Course Card (KSM).
- Special Requirements for Students having the Outside Normal Study Period Registration
-
Students register for the courses on February 1, 2021 at 08.00 WIB (point I.B.2)

After the study plan is approved by the academic supervisor, the student makes the payment according to the bill that appears at the designated bank following the instructions as mentioned in point A.3. The payment can be made until the end of the registration period, which is February 5, 2021.

After the payment is made, students are required to print the Student Course Card (KSM).
- Academic Counseling
-
Academic counseling is conducted if students have completed the course input and received online approval from the academic supervisor. After the courses have been approved by the academic supervisor via iGracias, the students cannot cancel the courses.

To take the courses based on the student class level (not taking the advanced courses or repeated courses) must meet the student’s class level.

Course taking is based on the priority of yearly course completion, which can be consulted with the Academic Supervisor.
- Change of Study Plan (PRS)
- Students are only allowed to drop courses with the approval of the Academic Supervisor.
- Courses addition / exchange can only be conducted to avoid the inevitable clash of course schedules with the approval from the Head of Study Program
- Students are required to reprint the Student Course Card (KSM) after changing the study plan.
- Academic Leave Application

Application mechanism: filling and completing the requirements according to the academic leave form on iGracias, printing the form and signing it, uploading the form and other required documents on iGracias, and submitting the complete original file and attachments to the LAA Faculty. Students are encouraged to contact the Academic Supervisor and Head of Study Program regarding the approval of academic leave applications.

The deadline of academic leave application is on February 25, 2021. Students who do not apply for leave and do not register are considered as non-active students.
- Registration for Students who Get the Scholarship

The payment process starts on February 1, 2021 at 13.00 WIB and should wait for the final score results which will be the reference for determining the amount of the scholarship fund.

The registration process of course taking can only be conducted after completing the payment (for students in normal study period)

- Registration for Students who are Absent in the Previous Semester
For students who do not re-register for 1 (one) or 2 (two) semesters, and wish to re-register in the following semester, they have to:

Submit an application and send an active application letter with a recommendation from the Academic Supervisor and the Head of the Study Program addressed to the Academic Director, before the registration period starts (the active application form is available at the Faculty Academic Administration Office).

Deposit the registration fee and tuition fee for the odd semester of 2020/2021, and submit the copy of the deposit evidence to the Faculty Academic Administration Office for unblocking the registration. These shall be made after the registration application is approved.
